Curry powde is a mixture of spices with a very different composition, based on South Asian cuisine, made by mixing many spices in different proportions and combinations, such as coriander, cardamom, pepper cayenne, black pepper, cinnamon, mustard, ginger, turmeric, chili, nutmeg, garlic, cloves and more.
