Lost Lake Robola 500ml

Robola grape distillate is produced by the fermentation and distillation of whole grapes from the rare Robola variety. The raw materials of the Lost Lake distillery come from the valley of the Muses, located in Boeotia, on the slopes of Mount Elikonas. The ideal soil and the cold currents that descend from the top create the appropriate conditions for the production of grapes of exceptional quality, which give wines and spirits with character and formality.

Robolas single-variety distillate is like a well-turned film. The scenario has existed for several years but the conditions of this particular vineyard have now given us the fruit we were looking for. Very low acreage yield, green vintage, controlled fermentation, slow distillation, are just a few of the data we considered necessary to complete these 930 bottles. Gives aromas of white flowers, freshly cut quince and ripe chestnut appear directly in the glass. In the mouth it is cool and round, with a gentle sense of alcohol, highlighting elements of complexity, such as pear, chestnut and the unexpected minerality that we find in the long aftertaste.
