Chickpeas of Lemnos 500gr

In 2012, the re-cultivation of Chickpea by our company began. This is the variety ‘Panagia’ which was cultivated in the homonymous village of NE Lemnos in the previous decades.

It is one of the most boiled varieties of chickpeas in Greece, while its authentic taste makes it special. Do not forget to put them in the water from the previous night to soak, adding 2 tablespoons of salt or soda.

You can try them with rice, as a salad with chopped vegetables, in the oven with peppers and village sausages or make your own homemade hummus!
