Smoked Marinated Trout Fillet of Karpenisi 120gr | Rich In Ω3 No Preservatives Fresco.

Traditionally smoked with beech wood, the smoked marinated trout Fresko from Karpenisi is a wonderful appetizer.

The marinated smoked trout Fresko from Karpenisi stands out for its percussive flesh, delicate taste and rich aroma.

After eighteen to twenty (18-20) months of growth, we catch the fish and smoke them whole, with beech wood smoke. The whole process lasts two (2) days and everything is done under strict hygiene rules according to ISO22000 / 2005. Before packaging, the fish is carefully filtered by hand and oil, fresh lemon juice and colorful freshly ground pepper are added. In this way the fish acquires a more spicy taste without becoming hot. The fish are then packed in a vacuum, where they are kept in storage for four (4) months without preservatives.

We suggest you enjoy marinated smoked trout Fresko in a sandwich, in green salads, in pasta, in a variety of tsipouro.

Minimum shelf life 4 months

Before opening the package, keep it in the refrigerator at 0-4 ° C, after opening it for up to 3 days.
