Smoked Trout Fillet of Karpenisi 120gr Rich In Ω3 No Preservatives Fresco
Traditionally smoked with beech wood, the smoked trout Fresko from Karpenisi stands out for its percussive flesh, its delicate taste and its rich aroma.
The Fresko trout farm is located at the foot of Mount Kalliakouda near Karpenisi. There the production process ensures the high quality of fish: after 18-20 months of growth the fish are caught and smoked with beech wood smoke. The whole process takes 2 days and everything is done under strict hygiene rules according to ISO22000 / 2005. Before packing, the fish is carefully filleted by hand. They are then packed in a vacuum where they are kept in storage for four months without preservatives.
We suggest you enjoy smoked trout Fresko in a sandwich, in green salads, in pasta.
Minimum shelf life 4 months
Before opening the package, keep it in the refrigerator at 0-4 ° C, after opening it for up to 3 days.
