Lost Lake Hefebrand 500ml

Hefebrand is the first distillate in Greece, which is why 01 on the label. It is a distillate of noble-fine wine lees, which remaining with the wine either in the barrel or in the tank give a unique volume and a tremendous complexity to the final product, which thanks to the distillation know-how endows the distillate. The wine sludges are then distilled in batch distillates. This particular distillate gives aromas of freshly baked bread and ripe fruits such as apricot jam. We find botanical and earthy notes such as green olives and mushrooms but also sweet notes of night flower. In the mouth it is rich with a full body, very soft with notes of concentrated overripe fruit and a crunchy aftertaste of long duration.
