Grated clove 30gr

The clove is the flower of the Caryuphyllete tree, which is collected while it is a bud and dried. It acts as a disinfectant, antiseptic and analgesic, while it is said to have anti-cancer properties. In cooking it is used to give aroma and spicy taste; however, it must be removed before serving or used in powder form.
